WHY YOGA?

Yoga is so much more than a great workout! Yoga is a state of being present, focusing on the here and now.  Yoga is about fine-tuned awareness, and controlling the breath through moments of challenge. Use these guided yoga flows to help release tension in the muscles used during your resistance training program, but also utilize them to help calm the mind and body and help develop your ability to stay present and balanced as you move through life's challenges.
